2. Delivery Timeframe

We offer standard shipping across Pakistan and selected international locations.

• Domestic Shipping:
  Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

• International Shipping:
  Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Note: Delays may occur during high-volume seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics issues.

3. Shipping Charges

• Within Pakistan: Flat-rate or free shipping may apply on qualifying orders (as displayed at checkout).

• International Orders: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status in real-time.

5. Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries. Jalora Hikes is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect addresses. In case of a missed delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us.
